The project was adopted by the Freemasons of Dar es Salaam and with assistance from the US Ambassador, who is a Freemason and the US Combined Joint Task Force, Horne of Africa completed the project
US Ambassador of Tanzania Bro Michael Retzer made a donation of US$50,000 Total cost of construction was US$82,000 and a further US$18,000 to furnish and equip the clinic
