The Famine Relief Fund, Kenya

 

 

The Committee was established in early 2006 by the District Grand Master

to complement the famine relief efforts in Kenya

 

Total raised was Kshs.3.5 Million including assistance of UK £18,500 from Impact UK

 

2 boreholes, kitchen gardens, tree planting, dairy cow and a fish farm

have been implemented in two schools in Makindu

 

1 tubewell drilled at St. Kagilo School, Siaya District, Nyanza
